Nice pair of Jags. You won't see any more growth from them if you keep them spawning. You would have to separate them.

Why separate them? Will they get aggresive towards each other or is it the male that gets aggressive.

They use up so much resources breeding (nutritionally) that there is very little left for personal growth.IME this happens more so with the female.That is why I personally don't like pair bonding as juviniles.I prefer to grow them to a descent size first and try my chances when they are older and larger

Thanks, the female is about 10" and really chunky. If I'm really lucky it would be nice if they grew to 15" and 12".

Do you know how old they are I'd say that male definately has some space to fill out I'd say he could hit 16" and 12" for that female is not unreasonable after a while. Nice pair!!!
