you must use MS paint only... the reason we limit to this program because not everyone has photoshop at home...
SO MS PAiNT ONLY.my question is~
CAN WE USE THOSE TOOLS PROViDED BY MS PAiNT SUCH AS CIRCLES, LiNES, SPRAY PAiNT, Etc... ?!?!??!?!?!?!?
and without copy/pasting.
or using different programs...
[i dont even have PHOTOSHOP u rich ppl!..]
just those circle and line and stuff like that.
the normal tools given by MS paint.
anyone? moderator? answer.

hmmm.....well I am an artist....and thats what I do for a living but never did ANYTHING on a computer but type....Well, I DO have a VERY steady hand considering my trade but it is VERY different on a computer.I took my time and I'm all done and submitted....so I guess I'll have to see.
