Is it possible to use an animated avitatar using a few GIF files of your original picture to enter with? Or does it have to be a still, single frame.

no animated gif... as MS Paint dont have that function...

you must use MS paint only... the reason we limit to this program because not everyone has photoshop at home...

CAN WE USE THOSE TOOLS PROViDED BY MS PAiNT SUCH AS CIRCLES, LiNES, SPRAY PAiNT, Etc... ?!?!??!?!?!?!?


and without copy/pasting.
or using different programs...
[i dont even have PHOTOSHOP u rich ppl!..]

just those circle and line and stuff like that.
the normal tools given by MS paint.

ms paint is pretty easy..just have to have a steady hand..

hmmm.....well I am an artist....and thats what I do for a living but never did ANYTHING on a computer but type....Well, I DO have a VERY steady hand considering my trade but it is VERY different on a computer.I took my time and I'm all done and submitted....so I guess I'll have to see.
