You mean that bass, of that size and quality, is from Florida? Amazing...never would have thought..

Yes! It's so easy down here. A little boy can do it.

Got this pics earlier today....of a neighborhood boy and his two catches on a rig locally known as a cuban yoyo. He said he got them to bite on a bare hook.
The third pic is my catch for the day...not quite a monster. 15 inch at the most and gave it to the boy for letting me take his pictures.

No tems here, yet. My goal this year is to catch one over 22 inches. I also have a pack of Tems I'm growing to monster proportions. If I don't catch one over 22 inches, I'll probably have a few over that in my tanks within a year.

glad to see u back juan, love your fishin trips would love to takje one down there soon, its slow in new orleans right now but the spring is coming and big speckled trout r next in line. p.s. my p-bass has a bump on its lip what should i use to cure it salt or melafix or both?

Sorry, can't help you with that one. I'm so spoiled I would just throw it back catch me a new one.;)

# 2 Monster PB for 2007. This one managed to stick my left forefinger with one of the free hooks while I was trying to measure it. Lesson learned is to unhook the fish before measuring.

I've been taking aspirin (a blood thinner) for my blood pressure, so a lot of blood was spilled before a clot stopped it.

Yes I eat them sometimes. So far this year I've caught three. Gave away one and released the other two. A few are kept in my tanks.
