No, not at all.

If these guys are getting ripped off by an online vendor, then they are looking out for others to not fall into the same hole.

From what I'm reading, there were some questionable stipulations in the transaction for some, but not others.

those DHL docs look pretty tell-tale to me. Theres a side of this story not being told too, which is the legality of the transaction in the first place.

Hawaii has very strict import regulations on all animals. I could never import fish but had no problem exporting fish when I lived on Oahu.

All microorganisms and non-domestic animals and certain plants require permits before being allowed in the state.
