Is everyone putting their dats in 100+ gal tanks? Mine are only in a 20 I figure no need for a large tank yet since they are so small and take so long to grow...

20g is still too small IMO, others will disagree.

Bigger tank and filtration will mean better wc, which tigers thrive on no matter the size.

i agree! plus, with them seeing they are in a bigger tank, encourages faster growth. ive had my other dats ina a 60 before and they dont eat that much but after moving them in my 150, they ate a lot and grew quicker..

my datnoids temperature is always at 85f. i do that because it seems to me datnoids get ichs really easy and it seems they like the temperature.
