It depends on this fish, gender and time of year. A male or female defending its eggs would be more aggressive than if it was just swimming around. But one fish that gets my vote is the Green Sunfish. I have caught 4" green sunfish on 4" lures. They are mean little fish that put up a fight. The Largemouth is also a top contendor. I have caught 6" Largemouth on 4" worms. But these fish could have been extremely hungry. Like I said, it all depends.

I would guess a jaguar can get pretty aggressive if someone tried keeping one in an aquarium
