I'd say the darters and sunfish have the most variety by far.
 
+2 for the darters, those fish look absolutely beautiful!
 
I dont think that yellow perch are pretty...in fact I think they are pretty ugly. But maybe that is because I see them all the time and basically regard them as food.
 
I know I've posted this pic before, but I really love Missouri longears. You can easily catch 30-50 in a day with a cane pole and some worms and they make really interesting fish in a tank.
