So is an electric eel for about $25 a good deal or are there different species to consider? My lfs is having a sale next Sunday and is advertising one. I have been searching for a page on housing the electric eel on MFS. If you know where one is could you let me know thanx.
Most ive ever paid was $45.00 for a pair of Altolamprologus calvus , 1 white and 1 black.
All african cichlids in my lfs range from 13.95 to 25.00 dollers. The black and white calvus were bought at a different fs.

The most expensive fish I have ever bought was a 60$ red tail vampire tetra. I considered a 6" tig for 150, but it would outgrow my largest tank.
