id like to see some more pics of these setups instead of just descriptions... the pics give me more of an idea. then i will be satisfied.

I am currently setting up another aquarium. It is my smallest one at 29 gallons. It will have a Emperor 400 ( 400 gphs ) and a Marineland canister filter ( 350 gps ). And if I can squeeze another power filter on I will. So thats almost 800 gph on a 29g tank! Hope the filtration will be very sufficient for my stocking plans. :)

800 / 29 = 27.6 turnover per hour

thats a ton... alot of LFS recommend 5 or 6 but some people say 10 or more is minimum so it depends on who you ask but under any standards thats a ton

Awesome thats what I was aiming for.. All piranhas are messy so it should help.. I normally do 10-15 on my larger tanks... So I dont know how I got 27 on this small tank.. :)

i just beefed up my 55 to an ac110 with the eheim 2213 and my 100g protein skimmer. :) with my ac20 powerhead s/ prefilter.

thats 500 + 116 + 126 + 295 gph = 1037 = about 16 x turnover = :headbang2
