im under filtered but my 100 sw has around 4000 gph so around a 40X turn over rate!!!

No one will get any kuddos from my end for doing this.

Awwww, I'm so disappointed now. Every time I build a sump, I do it for you. I feel so embarrassed.

On a side note, The two sumps I have that are over sized for the tanks they are on were
built with the expectation of using them later on down the road for much larger tanks.

my sw has 2 400 gph filters and 6 power heads connected to undergravel filteration each power head is 400 gph also and a sump flowing at 795 gph!

Whats in the Sump:
4L of Substrat Pro
2L of Substrat
2L of Ehfimech
and a few bio balls at the top.
Bag of Carbon at the bottom(I had heaps.. that was given to me from my uncle, I was going to throw it out.. but figured maybe i should just use it for the sake of it)

Whats in the FX5
3L of Substrat
2L of Ehfimech
1x Eheim blue course sponge
1x Fluval polishing pad

my tank is tank is 100 cm deep and 80 high and it has is 2.5 meters long sump
with an 2.2m (60cm-60cm) sump.

and a pump of an big pond rated 3000gallon an hour
