Most personable fish?

I have a 20" Tiretrack Eel and everytime he sees me near the tank he comes out of his tube and looks at me, if I'm walking around the tank he'll follow me until I stop and acknowledge his presence, and when it's feeding time he'll eat from my hand.

The most pesonable fish I have ever owned has been my red devil. A lot more character than any oscar I have owned. He constantly begs for attention,and when he's ignored he will splash around to make sure he is noticed.
my fire eel is like a cat. when i feed him, he slithers across my arm and through my hand like a cat would do on your leg. its really cool
oscars, green spot puffers, cons.. and oddy my pbass always came to the glass to greet me... though i think they just wanted food..
I would vote for Jardini's, at least the one's I've kept are pretty damn friendly.
As to personalities in general, my Africans from Lake Victoria are quite entertaining!

Puffers and Fired Eels. Both eat frm my hand, come to the tank to play, get excited to see me, and even try to imitate movements.
Most people are saying oscars, are they really that personable? I was expecting more puffers and eels
