HAHAHHA like Fisy66 was saying, it is true that the illeagle fish trade is very much alive,

To be honest with you all, in aus, the only thing that people would be allowed to sell are guppies and swords. That’s how tight our regulations are, but everything else except the big fish (snakehead/wolfys/redtails etc.. ) are un-policed and in this magical grey area. A lot of rays go for quite a bit..

Redline SN – 700 AUD (up for sale) :P

Giant SN – 800 AUD (sold for 3000)

Asian Silver – 700 (sold 500 – Developed dropeye)

Asian Silver (with papers and certificate + Microchiped *real deal*) Over $2000 (now is worth a lot)

Redtail Catty – 550 (only a baby @ 5cms)

White/Albino bichirs- 550 (sold for 700)

Leopoldi rays (male + female) – 800 each ( but sold 3 - 4 years later $3000)

All prices are in Aussie Dollar…
So it doesn’t compete with you euro users! LOL!
That’s about it! Well that’s about all that’s mentioning =)

That’s the good thing about living here! LOL
:naughty: :naughty: :naughty:

$147.50 for a common goldfish. took me 6 years & 590 ping-pong balls, but doggonnit I won that feeder fair & square at the carnival :nilly:

I think 13.50 for my "not quite" albino Oscar. Most of my fish are free/rescue.

20 bucks for a 3"jag when none of the other fish stores had them. Petsmarts just recently started carrying them for 3.29

11.99 for a red devil at Petco
