Motoro Stingray Food types need Idea!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Like Johno said, the DIY food works good, as well as earthworms, silversides, talipa and market shrimp..
Some sinking caniv pellets work also..
Alot of that also can be added into the DIY food you make up.. along with any thing else you want to add

I feed a variety of foods, it is best to offer a wide variety! smelt, market shrimp, earth worms, tilapia fillets, scallops, squid, pellets, and I am going to make the DIY gel food. You can get the worms, tilapia, and scallops from walmart and just cut them into little bits. my rays won't touch krill?

pellets all day long people say feed otherfoods by why would you need to as pellets have everything needed in them

I couldn't afford to feed my rays pellets as a staple! I think they might enjoy eating the fresh foods better... sushi yum!

I have my motoros on earthworms, bloodworm's and krill. Not the best but I'm trying to get them on a variety of things for now.

I hear the earthworms are very good for the rays and I have never heard of a ray turning them down, when my rays were new to the tank they did not take food for 4 days but as soon as I threw in some earthworms they went right for em.

sorry want to ask about krill, is it good for stingrays? because I haved heard that krill not enough nutrition for stingrays? now I giving may rays market fish and shrimp. thanks
