Hmmm...Remake or sequel?

I was just thinking that a sequel of "The One" with Jet Li might be fun.

As for remake.... I don't know... There aren't too many classics out there that won't be totally screwed up by a remake and are the ones that aren't classics worth it? I am a fan of letting a fantastic movie be. You know? I don't know if I would agree with a remake of say, "Mary Poppins" cuz there's nothing wrong with the original. Its like when they make movies from books...I hate that! The best adaptation I've seen is LotR and that's cuz Jackson respects the original vision of the story! The worst by far is "Eragon."

There it is. I would remake "Eragon" and I would stick to the book and not try to make it something else. You don't make an adaptation and then try to make it original. Doesn't work.

It was an atrocity and I was literally insulted that he had that garbage published. It needed 2-3 more books to do it right. You finish the book and all you can ask is...Really?

I don't know how it ends. I stopped reading after waiting a year for the second book cuz I figured I'd just read them all at the same time if he EVER finished the series.......Its that bad huh?
 
Yeah...Especially after the 2nd and 3rd books. I had just finished reading Jurassic Park and The Lost World when the 4th book came out...Talk about a downgrade.
