would it be ok to keep like 3 african arowana in a 360 gallon tank, measuring 8x3x2 feet.? im not sure if people have done more than one in a tank or not, ive only done a little research on them, but it does account for their max size, and i realize their feeding habits, but it would not be the only fish id own that requires lots of food. thoughts? comments?

thanks

It would be hard to get 3 to feed well and grow.
id be willing to give them a shot though, dont they get to about the size of a silver? some places say 30 inches, some say 48 inches, but 30 sounds a bit more snesible for an aquarium setting. besides boggy, shouldnt some fish you keep be difficult? a good challenge. i like the way they look too. if i were to do an african arowana, it would probably be one with a silver. theyd get along though? plus i dont think a clown knifefish would mind some extra food drifting around the tank.......

well i also love the way they look

i hunted for ages for a 12inch one for my comm but all it did was kick crap out of 6 x 15inch asian aros

they cant do that much damage due to their mouth size and shape

they sort of go up to other fish and suck them it freeks out other fish
