the way you posted made it seem like the loaches were flashing after the first round of treatment.
I would probably stop the current med...that just makes me nervous with the amount of sensitive fish you have in the tank. Paraguard I have used successfully in tanks with all the above mentioned fish with great results and from what I could tell no ill effect to the fish.
The clown loaches were flashing after the salt was added but they are usually in hidding alot and I've heard alot of noises coming from their hidding area which leads me to believe they were flashing all along. The yoyos have been seen flashing the whole time

if ick, one week after you no longer see them on the fish.

also as always A large water change (fin level) is in order before starting any treatment, along with a good vacuuming and filter cleaning.

the ick on the fish?

that's another matter, you can see ick, looks like little rice on the fish. what are ammonia readings?

if you do not see ICK, you do not have ICK, I would again do the water change, vacuum well, and dose tank with kanaplex,

In the middle of a large water change now. What about Pimafix? Already have a big bottle of that on hand. You mentioned kanaplex, another person mentioned paraguard. Which should I use?
