That's quite a tank!!

What are you running for filtration if you don't mind me asking?

The filtration is 2 sponge filters lol
No it is a big Oase pressure filter that you can see far right underneath the aquarium. It is powered by an Aquamax 10000 pond pump. There are also 2 Fluval 404s and a big powerhead.

One of the 404s feeds the rill at the top of the tank. This is 12' long and 7" wide/tall. This is full of alfagrog apart from the last 18" which houses the heaters so they are kept out of harms way. Did intend to use it as a vegetable filter as well but evaporation particularly in the winter meant that it was not feasible.

The pressure filter is good as I can attach a large hose to it and vent the waste water. As this is exiting the filter there is a plunger typr mechanism on the top which compresses the sponges inside the filter releasing a lot of the sediment and detritus to waste.

You don't see dovii and oscars mixed often. Guess not too many folks have a 12' tank. What are the dimensions (cm work fine)?

The tank is 12' long, 30" high and 36" wide. I didnt go any higher as the glass is 18mm.

Nice tank! How's the aggresion level? And what do you do for heating?

Heating believe it or not is just 2 x 200w and 1 x 300w heaters in the top of the rill. The room is centally heated which means the tank stays at about 27
