I love Acei's. Gorgeous fish.
 
Oh and I would like to add there will be NO MORE large fish bought. I have a 16" fl gar coming in as a rescue and that's it. So if I ever get tempted someone remind me about this post....I don't want to have to expand the pond for at least 2yrs.

I would if I wasn't keeping busy with school and planning a 2x2x2 rimless reef....never ventured to the salt side before....
 
I thought you were going for a round tank?
 
I want one but I don't want to fork out over 1k for a 60gal tank....and thats just the acrylic. I have found several manufacture of acrylic cylinders. I would like at least 18" diameter and those are about 380+ per foot of tubing :( with 24" being 900 a foot
 
Yeah it can be ridiculous. You could always build a hexadecagon tank out of either glass or acrylic. Wouldn't be that expensive to build.
 
That's true I was kinda exploring my options with a column tank to house jellyfish in but idk
