Man i used to have lake victorian cichlids. Pundamilia Neyererei python island, crimson tides, ruti island. but they bored me they didnt get that big... I WANTED SOME MONSTER A** FISHES you would too you'll see....

Well what would you suggest putting in my 180?

Well I would always go with Datnoids wide bars and NGT are what I would stock it with; and some bichir and maybe some flagtails oh wait that's what I have ;

or you could take out the rock put like 2 rays. Or some perches cats (RTC, Tigs..... the list goes on and on)

rays would be cool, but i think they are illegal in california?

Whats a NGT? i like datinoids but they are $60 each at my lfs.

I think Red tail catfish are the ugliest cats ive ever seen, I dont really like cats because all they do is sit on the bottom for the most of the day.

any other suggestions?

Could i put an arowana in there? What fish would i be able to put with an arowana? Any african cichlids?

the arowana would go good in there for awhile but he would outgrow it later on, As long as the arowanas big enough you can put alota stuff in with him.

I love the work you guys did! Looks amazing! Good job with the pics! Other people could really benifit from them. I have always wanted an african tank. But... as soon as I bought my first monster it was all over from there. I've got the bug and there is no cure! LOL! Anyways, I'd go with a Jaguar Cichlid, Arowana if the tank size fits, A couple Panaque plecos, 2 Tiger Oscars, Jack Dempsey. I think it would be a great looking monster tank!

I have to say that your Dad is awsome. Clearly you two guys have a great realationship and he is very supportive of your hobby.

Hmm whats a GT? i dont really like oscars, p bass, jags or knifefish. Bichers are ok, Dats are pretty cool, but i also think they are too much $. Clown loaches are ok. So an arowana, a bicher and a few clown loaches? any other suggestions?

i dont really like jags, oscars, or jack dempseys..i guess im too picky lol

do you have any other suggestions or are those the only fish that will get along with an arowana?
