What kind of snails are they. Most snails mass reproduce and ruins the aquarium

Scientific name:
Clithon brenspinas

I'm ordering 20-40 snails a week now, to have around 5-6 snails per tank at work and some to sell.

The tanks become spotless, takes a few days, but it's worth it. Saves me a day pr week in algae maintenance.
Lights are on 12 hours a day so we get quite a lot of algae at work.

First of all, you have a beautiful tank. But, I must ask you. Why don't you remove the cory catfish from this tank? You know that your bichirs are eating them. As SawickiB warned you over 10 days ago, your fish could choke from eating your catfish. And it is such a waste to have these beautiful catfish needlessly killed. I hope you do the right thing.

I netted the poly, removed the Cory.

Spent an hour of vital sleeping time before math class to catch 8 of 13 (as far as I know Cory's) in the dark.
Will repeat tomorrow to catch the rest after class.

Need to sleep now, been at work and school. Totally exhausted.

Polys doing fine, but I made a huge mess on the floor.
Just towels everywhere.

I tried to catch them before adding new fish, but it was nearly impossible.
Only managed to get the angels and hatchetfish.

But using a flashlight and doing it in the dark seems to work.

God damn my impatience.

Nice job, you did the right thing. Best regards.
Yeah, I thought the bichir would ignore the cories, or at least he would bite down and realize it's no good.
My mistake, but I'm keeping a close eye out, will catch the remaining Cory's.

Don't want to loose that endelchi bichir, he's my favorite.
