My 190 gallon

I'd not do the dojo loach as they prefer cooler water than the rest of the fish in the tank. They're actually one of the few fish that can go with goldfish and not be eaten I think.

Agreed on swapping a rope for an eel :)

You do just sit down with the tank and watch the fish, right? Just wondering 'cause I think some of us forget to do that and just enjoy the tank rather than always thinking on what to do next. I know how that feeling is though.

It's just that i get that feeling that it's sort of finished, and now what i'm supposed to do?

I know i'm supposed to watch and enjoy them, but I want to do something as well.
I guess the nano tank is in for beating the coming days, i'm going to be all in that tank.

I getcha. I am always thinking of new tank stockings and such..no room for more tanks now though :( Are you going to make a post about the nano? Would be great to see what it's like now and see it transform.

I'll try to get something done with it before I start at school.

I'm aiming for a "lawn" themed tank.

I'm hoping to own a house one day with several large tanks.
I'd love to make a cave tank with blind cave fish, a planted community tank, a driftwood and rock tank with large predators and so on and so on.

This hobby has been a good motivation to get an education to get a job that can pay for a house with room with many tanks and a old Mercedes sedan and a Porsche:p

Those are great ideas, especially like the blind cave tetra one. Tank is looking beautiful! They are definitely a great motivation :)

you have done all this before finishing school!! huge amount of money for someone without income, shows a real passion for the hobby... thats amazing, well done fella.

Well i'm currently working at a petstore at the age of 25. I've fallen behind society in terms of education, didn't take it seriously before.

But..I'm taking advanced mathematics this year and are aiming for a masters degree within biology.
Hopefully i'll pass with flying colors and work with something that gives me pleasure.

oh ok, i assumed you were under 18!-) well done all the same, admire how you have refrained from adding large fish to the tank.
