I thought I'd share one of my money pits with you guys. These are pics are from last summer. It took me a month to make the form for the porch. I bent 3/4" plywood with ratchet straps while soaking it with water. There's little over 3 yards of concrete there with re bar and fiber mesh. I also put a footing 6' below, you can park a truck on it:grinno:

It becomes a good conversation piece. Everyone from the pizza guy to people pulling up front and tanking pictures of it.

ya I give the Halloween candy out of the garage and one night me and the wife were watching tv and noticed some one talking outside. I opened the door and a couple of teenagers were sitting on the porch watching the fish. Some still do but they've been pretty respectful so far. :D

No I used a liner for the pond, but I've been thinking of tearing it up this summer and making it concrete. I made a 300 gal. plywood holding tank that I'll put the koi in will it's under construction.
