Because of thick silicone layer (4 centimeter thick glass) it must dry 3 weeks. Within this time I apply on waterproof substance (http://www.numa.sk/en/product/waterproof-substance) which is actually on, liquid pond liner (http://www.numa.sk/en/product/fluid-pondliner-grey-10kg). Then I assembly background and filtration system - 5 chamber filter (http://www.numa.sk/en/product/fgr-5-chamber), pump (http://www.numa.sk/en/product/oase-optimax-10000), ozone with UV-lamp (http://www.numa.sk/en/product/ozone-redox-uvc-600-low-pressure), 2kW heater (http://www.numa.sk/en/product/flow-heater-2000w) and aeration (http://www.numa.sk/en/product/hiblow-hp-80)

That does not seem like much water flow for this tank size my 600 has more flow. Are you going to use multiple pumps? Nice build. This is my plan in some amount of time. Cement seems like the way to go.
