About that comment about people not reading, I read Cussler too. I recognized the name Numa. My kindle is loaded with 200 books. Nice work on your huge tank. Hope all goes well with it. What are you planning on putting in it?

On Friday we will install stainless steel frame for top cover and we plan to fill it in on Saturday. If there is no leakness (God save us) we put sand and will order lighting - for the beginning 8 PCS of T10 LED Water-Proof Tubes 1,5m long (2700LM, 26W each)

After reading the entire thread, I'm at a loss for words. I could only imagine what it would be like to own a tank of that caliber (let alone the designing, planning, financing, waiting, and anticipation associated with a build like that.). Truly remarkable. I can't wait to see the finished product!!

amazing build ,ime planning a 10x4x4 concrete build my self when i move house ,and now i want a background just like that. .
The back ground is exelent, how did you make it or did you buy it .??,,cant wait to see it filled ..well done mate ..

The background is complete made from polystyrene and polyurethane foam (http://www.numa.sk/en/product/polyurethane-sealant), then coat with epoxy and sand.
