yea, last time i hooked into a 8lb ray out there x__x .... but i got 60lb braid on my rod xD line wont snap, and if worse come to worse if its a giant 100lb ray , i'll just cut the line .

i'll flip over if i try to lift anythin more than 30lb outta the water on one side of a kayak xD and if that kayak flips, its over, its impossible to turn it back up xD

i've checked wit my paddle , it was more than 4-5 xD more like 6-7... i wanna find deeper holes though, and i bought a oceanography map thingy, and it shows no where near there has holes. except like in front of bay farm / alameda rockwall

if you wanna get sturgeon u could try the rockwall but its a little out of season, and its all flat cuz thats how batrays like it haha

ya well i would much rather get a hali / striper, except i would need a place to launch and be relatively safe, cuz rockwall, its no escape, while at the beach, its shallower n at least it'll be a easy landing xD
