Hank is a long, sad story of liars, neglect, and bad people. Ultimately, he turned out to be a very scary, unpredictable dog probably due to abuse or a brain tumor. Legally, we had to return him to the rescue, though he should probably have been put down. He had no trigger and would just snap. We did everything we could safely for him, but he had severe problems.
