If you noticed, I already commented on that thread telling you the Crappie and Bullhead were going to be a problem. Also, the Green is way more agressive than Bluegill or P-seed. I think you would have been perfectly fine going with 3 long Ear and 3 P-seed

next you can complain about my 6x 3-4" clownloaches, 15" florida gar, 8' green terror, 2x 4" yoyoloach, 10x 4-10" bichir 75 gallon. oh theres a bristlenose pleco in it. who cares. its his tank.

However like I said I found out that they are illegal without a permit and then only for research and public viewing.

This whole forum probably has alot of people keeping fish illegally.To each his own.Its their fault if they break the law.Davdev I like the tank.

By the way I learned from my uncles experience that stocking like that the tank had to many sunfish and the tank was to small.

As far as the legality, in MA, it is perfectly legal to collect Bluegill and P-seeds, they are considered bait fish.

Also, as for further comments on overstocking, I ask that you look at the first pic and let me know if the tank looks overstocked

By the way you tank isn't overstocked but like I said the bluegills once full grown will become agresive.

As for sexing this page the third picture shows bluegill male right female left. Note this shows full grown bluegill so it might not work.
