out of curiosity , how much is your electric bill monthly running all those monster tank ! if you dont mind me asking ;).

with my 55g 75g, and 125g, mines went up 20 bucks. with 8 filters running including 1 fx5, 36 watt uv sterelizer on 24hours a day, and at least 5 hours of lighting, with all t5ho fixtures daily :) !!!

my electric bill is 150.00 per month.Keep in mind i have all low lighting and my apartment is very hot being next to the heating system area.Like 80 in the winter,80 in the summer so i never see the heaters even come on.All the smaller tanks have no heaters and keep a 76 temp.

Curious what your water changing regimen is like? I would hope you're not using buckets, but even with a python that would take a long time.
 
yes i am on the bottom floor,nothing but cement.
as far as water changes go i have about one day off a week.My aquariums are more on the over stocked side.The bigger tanks get 50 percent water changes every 5 days.200 plecos can make a mess fast.All the big tanks have 2 fx5s and 3 or 4 big sponge filters.
water is included in my rent thank goodness.
