my aro tank done

thanks a lot anyways got the power head now and have it working and now i have a monster filter as well

just out of intrest were are you going to put the filter as their is not enought space under the tank

what sort of filter do ypu have in the hood a over head filter box

for a RTC and a TSN you are going to need a very big amount of fiteration and a bigger tank

all that aside it does look real nice as it is and buy having lots of filters at the side will mess up the look of the tank imo

actually just added another powerhead in the other corner as the previous one which came with filter did not seem good enough
actually its a small tank like thing which has the dimensions(10"x4"x4") and inside it i have a layer cotton bedding and above that some scrubbers for filter media sorry i don't know what it is actually called

ahhh so you have a overhead filter box i have never seen it done like that before looks good and very neat

its a very fine smooth pebble gravel not much bigger than sand and very easy to keep clean

i have no idear who makes it but hears a pic

but unfortunately in india you don't get such good fish
you don't even get rays
sometimes you may but nothing less than 400+ $US for a single 6" (disc) ray(thats what my lfs told me)

are you sure your aro is a jar as the barbels look real good and staright most jars i see have floppy limp barbels

yup it is a jar
when i bought the jar it had very teeny tiny barbels
but now that it has grown it has huge barbels(with respect to jars )
and it is also a very docile being as sometimes i have seen it being chased by the rosy barbs which i have kept as feeders
