the jar's barbels seem long rite now only because the jar is at a small size. they're pretty much done growing, and they'll most likely stay at about that size, and ur rite, jars don't have nice long barbels like their asian cousins, but they sure have the mean *** attitude to make up for it! ^^

yup that would look real nice but i live in india and getting a black aro is pretty difficult here,and there is also to consider the jar and the 4 cats i have
though the cats will be going to the new pond i am thinking of making or to the koi pond once they touch the 10" mark especially the RTCs
but anyways i am waiting to add 2 gars ,2 senegal bichirs,and 2 albino senegal bichirs to the tank
