My aro's diet what about yours!

My Aro gets Krill, Mealworms, Superworms, Bloodworms(Meant for the Tetras which are meant to be his food but he doesn't like fish lol), and NLS Jumbo Fish Formula Pellets.

Gar88, yes, i feed then whole feeder catfish. the cucumber acts as a source of liquid for the crickets.

My 13'' aro used to eat everything that people say is healthy for him but I noticed he was not liking the pellets as much I tried only feeding pellets for a few weeks and now he only takes pellets.

i USED to feed mine frozen krill and bloodworm, but since i got them hikari sticks thats all they want to eat. i just got a tub of NLS pellets to try and feed my fish i don't know if they'll take the new brand but it comes with very high recommendations from H]-[H and a few of the other members here

I have a 2 foot black for 3 years now. 90% of the time it eats frozen thawed Tilapia Fillet and market shrimp (shell off). Then I will feed Aro Sticks the rest of the time when I just don't have time to prepare the frozen food. For treats, once a month maybe, I feed live crickets and every once in a while it gets a mouse.

Is the NLS Jumbo sinking type?

Its a floating pellet. 4.5mm in size. They're a bit harder than Carnisticks so you may experience some of the food expelled during chewing. Mine used to expel a ton but after a while he's learned to swallow them. He actually prefers the pellets over the other things I offer him.
