My aro's diet what about yours!

My 12" black gets dried krill, hikari sticks and frozen tilapia chunks and earthworms every once in awhile. He seems to like the sticks more than the krill though.

I've tried mine with market prawns, pellets and freeze dried krill with no success.

i feed earthworms, superworms, market prawn. I also use crickets but i gut load them with carrots before feeding them to my aro. I also feed him scraps from whatever me and the family are eating seafood wise. Lil bits of salmona nd skin and he really likes halibut but i dont like to share

16" blk and 20" silver eats hikari food sticks, massivore, fish filet and super worms.

I gutload superworms w/ carrots, oatmeal and pellets.

Do the superworms eat oatmeal? I use the oatmeal as bedding for the SW but the amount of oatmeal seems the same every day..

I wonder if feeding Asian aros with pellets only will be as good as feeding live, i.e. shrimps, frogs, worms, etc..

10-11 Silver, Currently eating: Hikari food sticks and freeze dried Krill, every once in a while he nabs a pellet from my Oscar as well as a few flakes from the barbs and smaller Cichlids. He also gets crickets once a month, took him off of the feeders as soon as I brought him home; he may still get a minnow every once in a blue moon, just haven't given him one yet.
