My arowana body get something cloud and big abet when i close to see somthing show its anchor worms or not please help so can help my fish

It does look like something is protruding out of the scale. It could possibly be some parasite like anchorworm

Hard to make out. Looks like a defect in the scale.

I think it’s anchor worms. Get a pair of tweezers and take it out of the scales. Like what duanes posted earlier go follow the steps

Should be able to see the worm. Looks like deteriorating scales or body rot. Any carbon in the water? Pull the fish and see if there is any external parasites and pull it. If not I’d try netting the fish out and clean with methylene blue or iodine or a topical antibiotic.

Pull out any worm if present, if not try applying local antibiotics
Good luck .
And yes try removing carbon if present.
