I feeel ssssssssssssssooo much bettter!!!!!!!! i never seen so much information before on a sturgeon ever in my life!!!
I read books on sturgeons but it dosen't get better than this!
yeah it is still alive!!! i knew that sturgeons come from salt water, that is how i figure they get so huge!! I love monster fishes! that is why i add about 000.12 amount of salt on my sea salt tester. before i put it in i figure the like cold water because they spend most of there lives in lakes that are just down right could and even frezeing if you swam to the bottom of the lake! maybe that is why the like to be in th really deep end of the lake. it cold explain why they are colored black all around so you could not see it at the bottom of the lake! accept the belly which is white, to reflect/blend in whit the sun light above.
i know that normal lake tempeture of the sanfransico bay is about 60 degrees so my tank is about 65 so my other fish can handle it.
I found out that my syonthis catfish had eggs due to the cold water!!!!!!! i think i crack the mystry of the catfish spawning time from south america!
because my freind's pirahna took a bite out of it's belly an eggs where spilling out and it has been 6 days and it is still alive!!!
my Tsn are fat bellied up the same way! both of the show signs of not eating in the right conditions such as high filtration..
