Nice collection! I just love Bichirs they have such a fun personality. My next bichir is going to be a Polypterus endlicheri or an Ornate.

i do have only one ... he's looking very different from day to day! Sometimes you can see nearly no patterns, sometimes he's colourful and ornamental. I had not found any reason for that ...

first ... killerfish' question about the activities of my lap ...
His behaviour is very different from day to day - also his colouration and his patterns. But it is very seldom that he stays at the bottom of the tank. When smelling food he is one of the most active bichirs i'm keeping.
