Maybe it had really bad gas and had to let out a big toot lol

I had a Sen with an issue like that. I would feed him Hikarki carnivor pellets and he woudl swell up for 3 to 4 days until his food digested. This when on for a month before my other sen took him out. Never figured out what cause it. He was health until the fight.

Keep a close eye on it. I lost an Ornate to bloat. As I tried to cure it, the bloat went away, but the Ornate stopped eating and eventually died.

Like Benzjamin13 said, don't think you are out of the water yet.
I had a Sen die from bloat.

For weeks it would literally bloat up like a balloon, then after a few days go back to normal till it ate again.
