Interesting how two look similar and one looks totally different.

I happend to females in a trio. She is only taken away her eggs the morning before and now her male wont have anything to do with her only the other female.Next week the other female will look like this as I take her eggs

Here are all of them now that they are settling in.The dark female from yesterday the one that just layed has taken her place in hidden while the other 2 are getting their grove on.
The first picture is the one that layed Thursday morning also.Both females look nice today

Well like they say, "2's company, 3's a crowd". In a trio someone's gotta be the third wheel.

Agreed, which is why I don't do trio's. Just have pots the male can't fit in and dithers.

Bud, can you explain how and why you remove the eggs before they hatch? I've thought about doing this in the past but never actually tried. Thanks.
