This hobby can make the best of us look like amateurs at times. We come into it all naive and wet behind the ears and years later we're still naive and wet behind the ears!....or to put it better....wet all over the floor!

And Dee eng Dee eng , I hope your back's ok now, that sounded painful.

And if it makes you feel any better KATALEKEEPER KATALEKEEPER , I don't blame you or your brother. One of your parents should have been supervising.....at the end of the day, you're both kids messing with multiple gallons of water, nothing good usually comes from a scenario which involves children and water!!

I have not "Flooded" per say. A couple times I did overfill the tank to the tune of a couple towels worth of water. Not yet a what would considered flood worthy.
When I say flood in my mind I mean simply over filling.

He’s 10.... I wouldn’t trust a 10 year old to fill up a trash can with water and not flood it let alone do a water change.
How old are you?

Crazy I used to get myself home from school, do my own laundry, mow the lawn, and chop veggies for dinner at 8. Think I started laundry at like 5, whenever I could reach the buttons on the 3 step stool.
