My C.121 Corydoras Breeding Project--GREAT SUCCESS!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Super cool! I'm not trying to go off topic but how many cories could go in a 20 gallon (high)? And do they eat small fish, not fry but not but fish that are less than 1/4 inch.

Only halfway decent shot I could get of the babies:

There are two of them in the middle of the pic. VERY tiny C121s. :D

Thanks everyone... I counted two dozen today and lost count. :WHOA:

I was expecting less than a dozen.

Justin is probably the only person getting fish from this batch. I'm going to keep the rest to set up in my new 41 gallon tank as a biotope-ish Cory tank.

Sorry guys! :banhim:

Another thing:

I'm pretty sure that sand is close to the type/color found in their natural habitat. You can really see how well they camouflage into it. If they aren't moving and you didn't know they were there already, at a glance they'd be totally invisible.
Also it's pretty cool you can already see their pattern forming... Orange is clearly visible around the head, as well as the stripe across the eye. :)

Very cool, I love Cory's I haven't been without some type in one tank or another for the last 30 years. Congrats, good job!
