I just got them 4 days ago so they are not that blue yet but they are eating and settling in nicely. I really love these guys. They eat EVERYTHING. I got them off KIJIJI for only $5 each, great deal. They are eventually going into a species only 75 gallon tank.

a 75 for that many lobsters huh..i do know though if you mean cobalt crayfish they only need like a 20 gallon tank..
 
Yes, they are crayfish. Cobalt blue lobsters/crayfish. Yes, a 75 gallon, lol. They will love it. Any excuse to get another tank.
 
Yeppers! I think they NEED a 75 gallon tank don't you think?!!! lol By the way, Im getting two more from a memeber on this board so Im excited.
 
Are you sure they're blues and not Marbled crays? Been researching Marbles a lot the last couple weeks as I'm planning on getting some, and yours look the same:

From what I read, it's the water hardness (and possibly diet) that affects the color. Soft water supposedly makes them blue. Guess it will solve itself if all 4 turn up with eggs at the same time. :)

Cool crays regardless, and I'm sure they will be happy in a 75g. :D
