I think you should feed the bottom fish more so hopefully it catches up in size

To be fair I would have culled this aro or try to remove the bottom one as it will live a horrific life

Since nature made them like this & the farm has no time to upkeep them. I shall be fair to them & let them grow up naturally . If I do anything foolish as to separate them both will parish I m no fish doctor or surgeon to operate on them.

Nature has made it this way your right
Would it survive in the wild I don't think so

By feeding the bottom one by hand you are making it's pain last longer than needed

How do you intend feeding the bottom one once the top one grows larger

In all fairness it's bordering on animal cruelty as the bottom one doesn't seam to be having much of a life now let alone long term

If you take a sick old dog to the vets one of the main ?s they ask you before you ever have to make the hard decision to put a dog to sleep is how is it quality of life

For me this aros quality of life is terrible

I agree with T1. Even though this is very interesting to see the bottom 1 looks like it's just hangin out, literally. It's just being dragged wherever the top 1 wants to go and just honestly doesn't look very happy to me at all. Especially living its entire life upside down.

People will pay good money for this oddities/deformities/mutations. Some people like perfect specimens but some are happy with one off / unusual fish on their collection.

If this is in aus, ill be offering to buy this off you.

Bottom one is running on fumes. He's dark and looks to be on his way out. He'll be dead weight soon for the top one. A quick snip with some scissors might be the only way to possibly save either of them imo and the sooner the better

Thanks guys for all advice I will rather let it be as long as it can survive don't act smart .As the saying goes if it ain't broken don't fix it.
Update both heads are eating well lets not bother them. :0)

Nature can really be cruel, isn't really a right or wrong answer in this case; but if I had to predict, the bottom one will die and kill the top one through infection, though both might die if you attempt to separate :/
