Yup its the first one...

Not the second one or I'd have panicked a long time ago

A small pistol shrimp...i don't think so it had a roundish head

the first sstuff is just grape caulerpa, keep it trimmed

it wasn't a mantis shrimp was it?

Okay...

Nope it definitely wasn't a mantis...it looked like a lobster except it had a round round head (like an ant) with pinprick sized eyes and pincers like a boxer shrimp. It's exoskeleton was 100% white.
