Your daughter has a good heart. She made a very difficult decision that most would not have made. Probably why she has chosen the career that she did. She'd make a great Medic too, because you can't teach compassion.
Thank you... i appreciate your kind words...

Looks like a sweet old dog...reminds me of my favorite dog growing up.

Our dog was hit by a car at the age of 3...his back leg was crushed beyond the point of saving, and we chose to amputate. He lived to nearly 9 (not bad for a dog that was 85lbs, lean), and was one of the happiest, sweetest dogs I've ever known.

Looks like your daughter's boy is adjusting pretty well, despite his age. He's lucky to have your daughter, and vice versus :)

With my brothers dog they think he may have had a stroke. His back legs do not work and they are going to let some time pass and see if he gets better.

i totally agree with you... in this case it was take the leg to relieve the pain or put him to sleep...she was not ready to say goodbye.. and he has no pain now and even plays ball... we fully realize when things turn it will then be time...

Well quite a few odd things happened since she gone. A few hours after she was put to sleep, I was closing the front door and my parents were in the kitchen, we were all still very sad for what had happened. As I close the door a air corrent makes the door close really loud. My parents as I arive at the kitchen ask me what was that, and I told them. They swear they herd Roussy scream:eek::confused: I didnt herd a thing(my mon has like her parents a litle extracensorial capabilitys and has teorized that in that moment she had returned home and since she didnt yet realized she could cross objects without hurting herself she thougth that the door was going to hit her:confused:) A even odder one happened later that mouth. She has gone 6 jully wich coinsides with the main egg laying seazon for my turtles. I was keeping my eye on a pair of females that were digging in my front garden. As I look again I saw a black cat (on my neighboorhood there are loots of stray cats) on the fence that was looking with a suspicious interest at my turts. The last thing I want I some cat interupting the delicate procedure of egg laying but he was to far to be a treath so I decided to just keep a eye on him. But eventualy curiosity got him and he climbed down. I yelled at him"Go away" but the $#%& cat insted of going back from once he came insted decided to go to the back side of the house wich i would like to avoid because they make a mess once they get there. I go after him but as I circumference the house near the garage I see the cat completly in panic near the door that gives acess to my kitchen(a place were my dog liked to hag out as she keeped her eye on the people outside). His hair was completly up and for a second he kid of froze like he seen a gost:ROFL:Then he turns around in a speed similar to the speed of ligth, goes beethween my legs(aparently I became a lesser evil:D) jumps the fence and runs away at a amazing speed:ROFL:I WAS ALONE AND IT WAS NOTHING IN THE BACK GARDEN THAT WOULD SCARE A CAT IN SUCH A WAY:confused: That apart the rest are all minor things. When I walk without shews sometimes I fell a pach of carpeting that is consistently warm:confused: Or in my parents bed room I fell the need to be carefull were I step in:D Anyways kind of neat:)
