Nice Matt! Can you post a pic of the setup? Now that mine have the tank to themselves, I wanna make it as perfect as possible for them.

Also, the heater is now off and I just checked the temp and its 68.8F. I know the HLG's love this but is this ok for the ruti as well?

I never let my temp fall below 73 because I know the thai like the warmer water :) doesn't seem to bother my HLG at all!

They do compete for food a bit, but they get fed separate times so they don't really steal that much when it comes to feeding. As for aggression there is none the oscars just hang out together and do their own thing! Stock in there is the two Oscars, one golden mahseer, one jack dempsey and the two large goonch cats :P
 
Omg dude! I'm soo sorry! How could this have happened? I've been using stress coat for years but not on the goonches. I've been using prime for them instead. I'm so pissed for you! I can't imagine what I would do if this happened to me.

It killed everything. Even the crayfish in the tank. I have never seen oscars look so far gone. It killed all 50 rosey reds as well and my two clown loaches. It was nearly a complete tank wipe. It killed everything.
