my discus tank

I just converted my 75 gallon stingray tank back into a planted community discus tank....but was woundering if I got to many fish in the tank. here is the equipment list and the fish list let me know what you think.

Equipment

2 aqua clear 500 filters
1 1216 ehiem canister filter
1 wisper power head for circulation
water temp 82 degrees
ph 6.8
70% water change every 2 weeks with 20% water change on off weeks
sand bottom with smooth riverstone mixed with sea chem florite substraite
lots of driftwood

critters/plants

Plants first
3 large amazon sword
40+ grouped sm baby amazon sword (product from larger plants)
3 onion plants large
8 large fake plants

Critters

(5) 2 inch pigon blood discus
(16) mixed sized rummynose tetras
(6) lg cardnals tetras
(3) lg neon tetras
(3) lg black neon tetras
(3) lg harliquin tetras
(2) lg panda corycats
(11) sm oto cats
(1)4 inch whiptail catfish
(1) comman pleco 2 inchs long
(4) Gold Rams

and thats about it.

do you have any pictures?

it sounds like a pretty active tank but it does seem like quite a bit of fish, i wouldnt add any more fish to that tank, even with all the filtration. i would worry though about the smaller tetras getting eaten later down the road, maybe trade the neons and harlequins for more cardinals and get rid of the common pleco, they usually do less algae eating and somehow make more poo as they get bigger

if the otocinclus start to get behind on algae, bristlenose/bushynose plecos are probably the best for the job and stay under 4.5"

im not corret anybody but dont discus get about 9 inches and he/she ahs five of them which is 45 inches worth of fish right there the tetras plecos and oto will get 2-3 inches each sep the plecos which will get big to me thats puching it for a 75 gal tank but thats my input

never go buy that inch per gallon rule its dated and is garbage
