Ok, so we need to know the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings along with ph.
You need to make sure the new tank is properly cycled with some bio load on the filter...what size is the tank and what filtration.
The filter may have a low oxygen level that you have dumped it in, remember the bacteria consume a lot. Can you add an airstone?
It could be a ph shock or a ray damaged by poor water during shipping.
