my dying motoro

Let's not forget that the poster is in Indonesia....it is likely not to be a cold water pond.

The poster that said Put your head in needs reporting for being a troll, not the other way around.

Ok, so we need to know the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate readings along with ph.

You need to make sure the new tank is properly cycled with some bio load on the filter...what size is the tank and what filtration.

The filter may have a low oxygen level that you have dumped it in, remember the bacteria consume a lot. Can you add an airstone?

It could be a ph shock or a ray damaged by poor water during shipping.

Can you post up some pics?

The Ray was moved from one place to the other with 1,5 Cº difference.

PH is alike in both tank and pond.

Agreed, doubt is ph or temp shock...suspect it is ammonia, lack of oxygen, shipping damage or could be a heavy metal in the water...I do not think many fish will survive in the average pond filter but it really depends on what the filter actually is.

Also, the poster has shown the difference between the tank and the pond but we don't know that it went from tank to pond...I read it that it came to him and was dumped in pond, ,waiting for the tank for some reason, therefore the temp in a shipping box could be way higher or lower.

I would bet this is shipping damage due to poor water...but we do not know all the facts.

When or if you get to move to the aquarium you should still acclimatize with a drip as the temp and ph may be the same but parameters will still be different.
