my Electric Eel

Just wondering on what size can we do this on an E. Eel? I still got a 6-7incher I believe this little dude can't emit that much frequency yet to be heard over the speakers.

I would doubt that. Don't let his size deceive you, I'm sure even small EE's can produce pretty impressive shocks. It should be able to be heard and especially when he emits the shock that is meant for stunning prey.

What do you call that yellow substrate you have? I really works well with E. Eel

I use a mixture of fine black sand and p-gravel. I hand picked five buckets of like a medium sized p gravel @ a local quarry. way cheaper then a pet store but i had to wash all the rock.
