My experience with FISH ROOMS PLUS - BAD

Fish Room Plus is a quality vendor and I don't think that this incident should discredit him at all for being reliable and easy to work with...

He has made thousands of positive transactions over the Internet. Importers like him are a dying resource of rare fish that is continually withering due to customers being accustom to retail environment business practice.. (bend over and take it).. We should be thanking him for his efforts, I doubt he by no means is a 'rich man' for the amount of stress he endures.

The buyer didn't read the terms, and if this was the reply of FishRoomPlus the day of the DOA shipment, then it should have stopped then.

Since you decided to carry it out, and try to ruin his valuable reputation, it should be expected that he could be short, angry, and rather irritable.

 
One more time, I'm just expressing my personal experience so that others can be aware that it happened, and to be prepared if it happens again. So many people seem to be speaking from a personal point of view without realizing that it WILL happen to all of us sooner or later, with some vendor, be it Fish Room Plus, or McDonalds or WalMart. Does this give the vendors (or their supporters) a right to belittle the bad experiences that do occur? I think not!

1st: READ TERMS CAREFULLY
2nd: DONT BE A JERK WHEN ITS UR FAULT ON THE 1ST PLACE.

You know I hate to keep a thread like this going, but I refuse to sit back and listen to people flame this guy and call him names. My post is not about pointing fingers, as we should all realize we are well past that point here on page 6, but to defend santoury's intent of posting. And no this guy is not acting like a jerk.

I am always pleased to hear of consumer reports informing all of us of their situations. Instead of bashing Santoury for alerting us of his mistake, maybe we can open our ears and learn some lessons here. He would be a jerk if he flat out lied and never mentioned anything about negotiating the price, thus voiding the live guarentee, which clearly isnt the case. Santoury also isnt bashing Fish Room Plus for the DOA, but rather for his opinion of the poor business Fish Room Plus gave him. He stated in his first post that he wasnt sure how the vedor wanted to handle the situation. Fish Room Plus's reply just blew him off. That would piss me off too, to the point where I'd come on here to and relate my story.

I agree and would like to add;

3rd: When you make a mistake and srcew yourself, don't punish the MFK members by posting 4 diff threads(which are then condensed into one) which make for aweful readings.

Suck it up, wipe your eyes and get over it.

FISH ROOMS PLUS should get no bad press from this J/A

If you consider it awful reading, don't read it.

If it was your $150, I am sure you would feel differently.

That last guy's post makes it sound like every time something like this happens it should be swept under the rug and ignored. Not exactly my idea of a healthy economy or business / consumer sense.

Flaming.... why does it turn some of these guys on? I wonder...
