FISH ROOM PLUS RULES, i love my THinbar. thanks.

Sucks santoury, but nothings perfect. start going to your LFS, thats the risk you take ordering from online companies.
 
First of all, the price was lowered only to what it would cost, before shipping. In short, by a few dollars. They also were smaller than advertised. This is not a case where somebody negotiated a $250 fish down to $200. This is where I paid $150. for six under-sized DEAD lungfishes. Even if you do have a policy, the respectable thing to do would be at least offer a refund - Why would you risk your ""good reputation "" (If you have one) for one bad experience that I will keep telling people about?
Just not a good way to do business, in my opinion.

Perhaps he would risk it, because his reputation isnt the one being tarnished with all these threads...
 
I have never heard of a "haggle, you lose your warranty" policy. I am glad car biz is not like that.

I will not take a $182 sale, reduce it by $32 & give a warrantee. He read the terms, chose to ignore them
 
Is this the kind of response you expect from a ""reputable"" online seller? Wow is all I can say. He named himself quite accurately if you ask me.
 
You're lucky the 4 threads you started were consolidated. To me it gained you 0 credibility.
 
this is all blown out of proportion if u ask me...

Out of all the orders fish room has done i've only heard of bad sales this one time...

Lose/Lose situation...

This is DEFINITELY making me go to LFS, instead of online though.. so i guess the preaching worked.. sry again
